Re: Story, May 4, “Never too old for a good time”

I don’t understand the Northwest Florida Daily News’ priority, how can Adult Spring Break be front page coverage? You must be desperate for articles.

In seeing the pictures of these people, they look like 20- and 30-year-old people. All your article and the ones interviewed talk about is alcohol, drink all day and drink all night — we don’t need these type of people coming to Walton and Okaloosa counties.

They put our residents and police in possible danger, renting boats and going to Crab Island to party plus partying on the beach and who knows where else, driving cars and boats drunk. These people should be treated just like spring breakers and even worse, lock them up for days and not hours, we have enough activities here involving alcohol, no wonder our youth are in trouble with drugs and alcohol — there aren’t many people to admire and look up to.

Come on people, rise up and protest this type of activity in our area. Counties make and enforce laws to keep these people out of our area.

Let them know that they and their money are not welcome here. Stay in Atlanta.
